The graph illustrates the year-wise total number of unique beneficiaries paid under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) from 2019-20 to 2024-25 (data as on 17 March 2025). The highest number of unique beneficiaries was recorded in the year 2022-23, with 72.88 lakh beneficiaries. The lowest number of unique beneficiaries was in 2023-24, with only 22.47 lakh beneficiaries. This data highlights significant year-to-year fluctuations in beneficiary numbers under the scheme.

Data of Unique Beneficiaries Paid before 2023-24, payments to eligible beneficiaries in PMMVY were made through PMMVY-CAS (old software) and the data has been migrated to PMMVYsoft MIS (new software). From 2023-24 onwards, the number of beneficiaries paid are the ones who have enrolled on the new portal (PMMVYsoft). The percentage of beneficiaries paid can be greater than 100 Percent, as some beneficiaries registered in previous Financial Years have received the payments in the next Financial Year.
