Year-wise Details of Cargo and Passenger Movement through Ports from 2022-23 to 2024-25

The chart presents the annual data on cargo and passenger movement through ports over the period from 2022-23 to 2024-25 (up to February 2025). The highest cargo movement was recorded in the year 2024-25, with a total of 6.67 lakh trucks passing through the ports and the passenger movement occurred in 2023-24, reaching 30.55 lakh passengers. The lowest cargo movement was recorded in the year 2022-23, with a total of 4.17 lakh trucks passing through the ports and passenger movement reaching 24.15 lakh passengers in the same year.
