This chart provides information about the year-wise details of budget allocation and expenditure of the Ministry of Education from 2021-22 and 2022-23 (as on 10.03.2023). A total of Rs. 1,97,502.03 crore budget was allocated and Rs. 1,62,615.21 crore was the expenditure under the Ministry of Education. The highest of Rs. 1,04,277.72 crore budget allocation and Rs. 81,785.57 crore expenditure in 2022-23. The lowest of Rs.93,224.31 crore budget allocation and Rs.80829.64 crore was expenditure in 2021-22.
