Total vehicle tax collected by Surat Municipal Corporation was Rs. 73606442 during December-2018, down by -30.72% from Rs. 106246440 during November-2018. The top 3 type of vehicles named Private Motor Car/jeep Car, Motor Cycle and Moped/Scooter were there from which highest tax had been collected by Surat Municipal Corporation during December, 2018.

Vehicle tax collected from Private Motor Car/jeep Car by Surat Municipal Corporation was Rs. 50828789 in December-2018, which accounted 69.05% of the total vehicle tax collected by Surat Municipal Corporation during the same period. We have seen a decline of -37.67% in vehicle tax collection from Private Motor Car/jeep Car by Surat Municipal Corporation in December-2018 above November-2018 from Rs. 81549363.
