Urea Production from April 2015 to August 2015

The production of Urea in India was 1791.3 thousand metric tonnes in the month of April, 2015. The production of Urea in India was 1954.1 thousand metric tonnes in the month of May, 2015. It increased by 162.8 thousand metric tonnes as compared to the month of April, 2015. In percentage terms, the growth was 9.09% during the period April, 2015 – May, 2015. It was the month in which maximum percentage growth in the production of Urea was recorded during the period under consideration i.e. April, 2015 – August, 2015.

The production of Urea in India was 1949.9 thousand metric tonnes in the month of June, 2015. It decreased by -4.2 thousand metric tonnes as compared to the month of May, 2015. In percentage terms, the decrease was -0.21% during the period May, 2015 – June, 2015. It was the only month in which there was decrease in the production of Urea during the period under consideration i.e. April, 2015 – August, 2015.

The production of Urea in India was 2115.7 thousand metric tonnes in the month of July, 2015. It increased by 165.8 thousand metric tonnes as compared to the month of June, 2015. It was the maximum monthly absolute growth in the production of Urea recorded during the period under consideration i.e. April, 2015 – August, 2015. In percentage terms, the growth was 8.5% during the period June, 2015 – July, 2015.

The production of Urea in India was 2139.8 thousand metric tonnes in the month of August, 2015. It increased by 24.1 thousand metric tonnes as compared to the month of July, 2015. In percentage terms, the growth was 1.14% during the period July, 2015 – August, 2015.
