This visualization indicates the Top 5 districts of Kerala on the basis of GDP at current price from 2004-05 to 2012-13.

Top 5 districts of Kerala have been taken into consideration on the basis of highest GDP from 2004-05 to 2012-13 in absolute terms. Eranakulam was having GDP of Rs. 16681.12 crores in 2004-05 and rose to Rs. 49453.29 in 2012-13, registering a growth of 196.46%. Thiruvananthapuram was having GDP of Rs. 12845.27 crores in 2004-05 and rose to Rs. 38036.35 crores in 2012-13 , registering a growth of 196.11%. Thrissur was having GDP of Rs. 11391.85 crores in 2004-05 and rose to Rs 33575.84 crores in 2012-13 , registering a growth of 194.74%. Kozhikode was having GDP of Rs 10257.75 crores in 2004-05 and rose to Rs 30314.30 crores in 2012-13, registering a growth of 195.53%. Malappuram was having GDP of Rs 9592.94 crores in 2004-05 and rose to Rs 27,201.83 crores in 2012-13, registering a growth of 183.56%.
