Top 10 States/UTs with respect to Beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana as on 30.11.2018

There were 76175170 beneficiaries in India under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) as on 30th November 2018. The top 10 States/UTs with respect to beneficiaries under PMJAY as on 30.11.2018 were Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Assam.

The number of beneficiaries in Uttar Pradesh was 11804647 under PMJAY as on 30th Nov 2018, which accounted 15.5% of the total beneficiaries under PMJAY in India. There were 11189146 beneficiaries in West Bengal under PMJAY as on 30.11.2018. It accounted 14.69% of the total beneficiaries under PMJAY in India as on 30th Nov 2018. The number of beneficiaries in Bihar was 10895176 under PMJAY as on 30.11.2018, which accounted 14.3% of the total beneficiaries under PMJAY in India.

As on 30th Nov 2018, there were 8381782 and 8363664 beneficiaries under PMJAY in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra respectively. Madhya Pradesh accounted for 11% and Maharashtra accounted for 10.98% of the total beneficiaries under PMJAY in India as on 30.11.2018.

The number of beneficiaries in Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Assam was 7770928, 4485227, 3729027, 2805753 and 2701763 respectively under PMJAY as on 30th Nov 2018.
