Top 10 States/UTs in terms of Pharmacists at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas as on 31st March, 2016

The top 10 States/UTs in terms of Pharmacists in Position at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas as on 31st March, 2016 were Odisha, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.

As on 31st March 2016, Odisha was the 1st state with maximum number of Pharmacists in Position, i.e., 574 at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas. As on 31st March 2016, Maharashtra was the 2nd highest state with 491 Pharmacists in Position at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas. In Madhya Pradesh there were 428 Pharmacists in Position at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas as on 31-03-2016. As on 31st March 2016, there were 418, 408, 354, 189, 164, 154 and 153 Pharmacists in Position at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas of Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala respectively.

There were other States/UTs namely Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Daman & Diu, Delhi and Puducherry in which we have noticed 0 (zero) Pharmacists in Position at PHCs & CHCs in Tribal Areas as on 31st March 2016.
