Top 10 States/UTs in terms of Dengue Cases reported during 2015

In total there were 99913 Dengue Cases reported in India during 2015, up by 146.3% from 40571 Cases during 2014; where as it was 75808 Cases during 2013. The number of Deaths reported under Dengue Cases in India was 193, 137 and 220 during 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively. The top 10 States/UTs in terms of Dengue Cases reported during 2015 were Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, West Bengal, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Rajasthan.

There were 5574 Dengue Cases reported in Delhi during 2013. It has decreased by -82.1% to 995 Cases during 2014 over 2013. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Delhi was 15867 during 2015, up by 1494.7% over 2014. The number of Deaths reported under Dengue Cases in Delhi was 6, 3 and 60 during 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively. There were 4117 Dengue Cases reported in Punjab during 2013. It has decreased by -88.5% to 472 Cases during 2014 over 2013. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Punjab was 14128 during 2015, up by 2893.2% over 2014. The number of Deaths reported under Dengue Cases in Punjab was 25, 8 and 18 during 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively. There were 1784 Dengue Cases reported in Haryana during 2013. It has decreased by -88% to 214 Cases during 2014 over 2013. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Haryana was 9921 during 2015, up by 4536% over 2014. The number of Deaths reported under Dengue Cases in Haryana was 5, 2 and 13 during 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively.

There were 5920 Dengue Cases reported in West Bengal during 2013. It has decreased by -33.5% to 3934 Cases during 2014 over 2013. The number of Dengue Cases reported in West Bengal was 8516 during 2015, up by 116.5% over 2014. There were 6272 Dengue Cases reported in Gujarat during 2013. It has decreased by -63% to 2320 Cases during 2014 over 2013. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Gujarat was 5590 during 2015, up by 140.9% over 2014.

The number of Dengue Cases reported in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Rajasthan was 6408, 5610, 6122, 7938 and 4413 respectively during 2013. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Karnataka was 5077 during 2015, up by 51.2% over 2014 from 3358 Cases. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Maharashtra was 4936 during 2015, down by -42.4% over 2014 from 8573 Cases. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Tamil Nadu was 4535 during 2015, up by 61.7% over 2014 from 2804 Cases. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Kerala was 4075 during 2015, up by 58.3% over 2014 from 2575 Cases. The number of Dengue Cases reported in Rajasthan was 4043 during 2015, up by 225.3% over 2014 from 1243 Cases.
