Top 10 Districts in Primary Cooperative Consumer Stores in Madhya Pradesh as of 30.07.2015

The top 10 districts in terms of number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Madhya Pradesh as of 30.07.2015 were: Indore, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Ujjain, Gwalior, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Katni, Tikamgarh and Dewas.

The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Indore was 755, which was 15.1% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Jabalpur was 529, which was 10.6% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Bhopal was 515, which was 10.3% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. Thus, each of Indore, Jabalpur and Bhopal had more than 500 primary cooperative consumer stores.

The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Ujjain was 238, which was 4.8% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Gwalior was 235, which was 4.7% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP.

The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Sagar was 169, which was 3.4% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Chhatarpur was 160, which was 3.2% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Katni was 147, which was 2.9% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Tikamgarh was 142, which was 2.8% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP. The number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Dewas was 134, which was 2.7% of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in MP.

These top 10 districts accounted for more than sixty percent of the total number of primary cooperative consumer stores in Madhya Pradesh as of 30.07.2015.
