Status of Aadhaar Seeding in Ration Cards as on 10.05.2016

The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in India was 55.66% as on 10.05.2016. The top 10 States/UTs in terms of the Aadhaar seeding in ration cards were: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala and Puducherry as on 10.05.2016.

There were 6 States/UTs which had achieved the milestone of 100% Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in India as on 10.05.2016. These were Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Telangana. The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in each one of these States/UTs was higher by 44.34 percentage points as compared to Aadhaar seeding in ration cards at All India level, which was only 55.66%.

The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Goa was 96% as on 10.05.2016. The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Goa was higher by 40.34 percentage points as compared to Aadhaar seeding in ration cards at All India level.

The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Himachal Pradesh was 95% as on 10.05.2016. The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Himachal Pradesh was higher by 39.34 percentage points as compared to Aadhaar seeding in ration cards at All India level.

The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Kerala was 95% as on 10.05.2016. The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Kerala was higher by 39.34 percentage points as compared to Aadhaar seeding in ration cards at All India level.

The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Puducherry was 95% as on 10.05.2016. The percentage of Aadhaar seeding in ration cards in Puducherry was higher by 39.34 percentage points as compared to Aadhaar seeding in ration cards at All India level.
