State/UT-wise Total Number of Foreign Companies Registered under the Companies Act from 2020 to 2025

This chart illustrate the information about the State/UT-wise total number of foreign companies registered from 2020 to 2025. A total of 344 foreign companies were registered in India under the Companies Act during the period from 2020 to 2025. The data reflects the distribution of these registrations across various States and Union Territories. The top five States/UTs with the highest number of foreign company registrations are Delhi (93), Maharashtra (85), Haryana (36), Tamil Nadu (34), and Karnataka (23).
