This chart illustrate the information about the State/UT-wise total Electricity Generation through Various Sources of Energy in the Country during 2023-24 (upto May 2023). The total electricity of 2,87,863.33 GWh were generated through Various Sources of Energy in the Country. The top 10 state/UT in terms of electricity generation were Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh.
