State/UT-wise Subsidy Utilized by Women Projects under PMEGP Scheme during 2020-21

There was total subsidy utilization of Rs. 82,268.73 lakh and Rs. 52,740.85 lakh during 2019-20 and 2020-21 (up to 31st Jan 2021) respectively by women projects under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) Scheme in India. The top 10 States/UTs with respect to subsidy utilized by women projects under PMEGP scheme during 2020-21 (up to 31.01.2021) were Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra and Odisha.

The amount of subsidy utilized was Rs. 2719, 1574, 2844, 1861, 1113, 1167, 627, 911, 1635 and 1158 lakh in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra and Odisha respectively by women projects under PMEGP scheme during 2020-21 (up to 31-Jan-2021).
