State/UT-wise Operational of Ayushman Bharat-Health and Wellness Centres As on 17th June 2019

As on 17th June 2019, 19,282 Ayushman Bharat-Health and Wellness Centres (AB-HWCs) had been operationalized in India. The top 5 States/UTs with respect to operational of AB-HWCs as on 17.06.2019 were Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu.

The operational of AB-HWCs in Maharashtra was 2,479 as on 17th June 2019, which accounted 12.86% of the total AB-HWCs operationalized in India. There were 2,106 AB-HWCs operationalized in Andhra Pradesh as on 17.06.2019. It accounted 10.92% of the total AB-HWCs operationalized in India as on the same period. The operational of AB-HWCs in Uttar Pradesh was 2,071 as on 17th June 2019, which accounted 10.74% of the total AB-HWCs operationalized in India.

The number of AB-HWCs operationalized in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu was 1,628 and 1,572 respectively as on 17th June 2019. Gujarat accounted for 8.44% and Tamil Nadu accounted for 8.15% of the total AB-HWCs operationalized in India as on 17.06.2019.

These aforementioned top 5 states accounted for 51.12% of the total AB-HWCs operationalized in India as a whole as on 17th June 2019.
