Region-wise registration of companies and authorized capital in India during 2013-14

This visualization gives the insight of total number of registered companies and the authorized capital in region.

In overall India 98437 companies had been registered in 2013-14 and authorized capital was Rs 38873.83 crores. In Northern Region, 34727 companies had been registered in 2013-14 and authorized capital was Rs 18623.07 crores which 47.91% of All India. In Eastern Region, 15125 companies had been registered in 2013-14 and authorized capital was Rs 6209.44 crores which 15.97% of All India.

In Western Region, 25912 companies had been registered in 2013-14 and authorized capital was Rs 7475.82 crores which 19.23% of All India. In Southern Region, 22673 companies had been registered in 2013-14 and authorized capital was Rs 6565.5 crores which 16.89% of All India. Northern Region had highest number of registration of companies and Eastern Region had lowest number of registration of companies.
