Production of Tur Pulses in India from 2001-02 to 2016-17

Clear trend is not visible in production of Tur Pulses from 2001-02 to 2016-17. However compound annual growth rate of 4.37% has been observed in Tur Pulses production during the above said period. Production of Tur Pulses was 2260 thousand tonnes during 2001-02. It has decreased by -3.27% to 2186 thousand tonnes during 2002-03 over 2001-02. Annual de-growth of -12.36% has been seen in production of Tur Pulses during 2015-16 over 2014-15. Production of Tur Pulses was 4290 thousand tonnes during 2016-17, up by 74.39% versus 2460 thousand tonnes during 2015-16.

Maximum production of Tur Pulses was 4290 thousand tonnes observed in 2016-17 during the period under consideration. Minimum production of Tur Pulses was 2186 thousand tonnes seen in 2002-03 during the period under consideration. Maximum annual growth of 74.39% has been observed in production of Tur Pulses in 2016-17 during the period under consideration.
