Production of Manganese Ore in India from 2000-01 to 2015-16

There is no clear trend seen in production of Manganese Ore in India from 2000-01 to 2015-16. However a compound annual growth rate of 2% has been observed in Manganese Ore production in India during the above said period.

Manganese Ore production in India was 1595 thousand tonne during 2000-01. An annual decline of -0.5% has been seen in production of Manganese Ore in India to 1587 thousand tonne during 2001-02. In value term, it was Rs. 1977538 and Rs. 2038908 thousand during 2000-01 and 2001-02 respectively.

An annual de-growth of -9.79% has been observed during 2014-15 over 2013-14 from 2626 thousand tonne in production of Manganese Ore in India. Its value was Rs. 15181757 thousand during 2013-14. We have seen an annual de-growth of -9.33% in production of Manganese Ore in India from 2369 thousand tonne during 2014-15 to 2148 thousand tonne during 2015-16. In value term, it was Rs. 13661799 and Rs. 8864926 thousand during 2014-15 and 2015-16 respectively.

A maximum production of 3057 thousand tonne was recorded in production of Manganese Ore in India in the year 2010-11 during the period under consideration. A maximum annual growth of 34.35% was observed in production of Manganese Ore in India in the year 2004-05 during the period under consideration.
