Percentage Variation in Passengers, Freight and Mail Carried by All Scheduled Indian Airlines during 2015-16 and 2016-17

The number of Passengers Carried was 87412197 on Total Scheduled (International + Domestic) Services of All Scheduled Indian Airlines during 2014-15. It has increased by 18.8% during 2015-16 over 2014-15. We have observed an annual increase of 20% in Passengers Carried on Total Scheduled (International + Domestic) Services of All Scheduled Indian Airlines from 103822908 Passengers during 2015-16 to 124562836 Passengers during 2016-17.

Freight Carried was 815210.6 tonnes on Total Scheduled (International + Domestic) Services of All Scheduled Indian Airlines during 2014-15. It has increased by 2.9% during 2015-16 over 2014-15. Percentage Variation of 6.2% has been seen in Freight Carried on Total Scheduled (International + Domestic) Services of All Scheduled Indian Airlines to 891126.8 tonnes during 2016-17 versus 839234.7 tonnes during 2015-16.
