Percentage of expenditure under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) during 2008-13

During 2008-13, maximum percentage expenditure on wages (72.35%) was observed in 2012-13, on material (31.64%) was observed in 2010-11 and on administration (5.71%) was observed in 2011-12.

Percentage expenditure on wages have increased from 66.79% in 2008-09 to 72.35% in 2012-13, on materials have decreased from 29.73% in 2008-09 to 27.65% in 2012-13 and on administration have increased from 3.48% in 2008-09 to 5.45% in 2012-13.
