LPG Consumption in Transport Sector in India from 2012-13 to 2018-19

We have observed compound annual growth rate of -2.8% in consumption of LPG in transport sector in India during the period from 2012-13 to 2018-19.

Consumption of LPG in transport sector was 214.8 thousand metric tonnes (TMT) in India during 2012-13. It has tanked by -9.22% to 195 TMT during 2013-14 against 2012-13. Annual growth of 10.11% has been seen in consumption of LPG in transport sector during 2017-18 from 168.1 TMT during 2016-17. Consumption of LPG in transport sector was 181.1 TMT in India during 2018-19, down by -2.16% versus 185.1 TMT during 2017-18.

Maximum annual growth rate of 10.11% has been found in 2017-18 in consumption of LPG in transport sector during the period under consideration.
