Import of Major Petrochemicals from 2010-11 to 2017-18

Compound annual growth rate of 7.89% has been seen in Import of Major Petrochemicals during 2010-11 to 2017-18. Import of Major Petrochemicals was 7546396 metric tonne during 2010-11. It has decreased by -4.07% to 7239388 metric tonne during 2011-12 over 2010-11. In value term it was Rs. 4670625 lakh during 2010-11 and Rs. 5487457 lakh during 2011-12.

We have observed annual growth of 3.97% in Import of Major Petrochemicals in 2016-17 over 2015-16 from 11665712 metric tonne. Import of Major Petrochemicals was 12843131 metric tonne during 2017-18, up by 5.89% versus 12128783 metric tonne during 2016-17. Its value was Rs. 8170211 lakh, Rs. 8523103 lakh and Rs. 9495959 lakh from 2015-16 to 2017-18 respectively.

Maximum annual value of 12843131 metric tonne and minimum annual value of 7239388 metric tonne has been observed in Import of Major Petrochemicals in 2017-18 and 2011-12 respectively during the period under consideration. Maximum annual growth rate of 19.83% has been seen in Import of Major Petrochemicals in 2012-13 during the period under consideration.
