High Court-wise Pending Cases (both Criminal and Civil) as on 5th February 2019

The top 5 High Courts with respect to number of pending cases (both Criminal and Civil) as on 5th February 2019 were Allahabad High Court, Rajasthan High Court, Madras High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court and High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad. The number of pending cases (both Criminal and Civil) in Allahabad High Court, Rajasthan High Court, Madras High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court and High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad was 727145, 449816, 401321, 375441 and 363390 respectively as on 05.02.2019.

The bottom 5 High Courts in terms of pending cases (both Criminal and Civil) as on 5th February 2019 were Sikkim High Court, Meghalaya High Court, Tripura High Court, Manipur High Court and Calcutta High Court. There were 263, 1112, 2973, 4786 and 20677 pending cases (both Criminal and Civil) in Sikkim High Court, Meghalaya High Court, Tripura High Court, Manipur High Court and Calcutta High Court respectively as on 05.02.2019.

As on 1st February 2019, the number of pending cases (both Criminal and Civil) was 58029 in Supreme Court of India.
