Funds Allocated to FCI & DCP States under NFSA in India from 2015-16 to 2020-21

The funds allocated to Food Corporation of India (FCI) was Rs. 112,000, 103,334.61, 101,981.69, 140,098, 75,000 and 77,982.54 crore under National Food Security Act (NFSA) from 2015-16 to 2020-21 respectively. There was allocation of Rs. 22,919, 27,338.35, 38,000, 31,029.485, 33,508.35 and 37,337.14 crore to Decentralized Procurement (DCP) states under NFSA from 2015-16 to 2020-21 respectively.

Total release includes Rs.11, 436 crores released to DCP states from NSSF loan to FCI & equivalent amount is to be reimbursed to FCI during FY 20-21 from DCP head.
