Funds Allocated and Released to Southern States under National Rural Drinking Water Programme – Support Components as on 10.03.2016

The allocation of funds under National Rural Drinking Water Programme (NRDWP)-Support Components in India was Rs. 21054.88 lakhs as on 10.03.2016. The release of funds under NRDWP support components in India was Rs. 17298.51 lakhs as on 10.03.2016. It was 82.16% of allocation of funds under NRDWP support components at All India level.

The allocation of funds under NRDWP support components to Andhra Pradesh was Rs. 810.43 lakh as on 10.03.2016. The release of funds under NRDWP support components to Andhra Pradesh was Rs. 810.43 lakh as on 10.03.2016. It was 100% of allocation of funds under NRDWP support components. The percentage release of funds under NRDWP support components allocated to Andhra Pradesh was higher by 17.84 percentage points as compared to percentage release of funds allocated at All India level.

The allocation of funds under NRDWP support components to Karnataka was Rs. 1347.2 lakh as on 10.03.2016. The release of funds under NRDWP support components to Karnataka was Rs. 671.08 lakh as on 10.03.2016. It was 49.81% of allocation of funds under NRDWP support components. The percentage release of funds under NRDWP support components allocated to Karnataka was lower by -32.35 percentage points as compared to percentage release of funds allocated at All India level.

The allocation of funds under NRDWP support components to Kerala was Rs. 347.58 lakh as on 10.03.2016. The release of funds under NRDWP support components to Kerala was Rs. 173 lakh as on 10.03.2016. It was 49.77% of allocation of funds under NRDWP support components. The percentage release of funds under NRDWP support components allocated to Kerala was lower by -32.39 percentage points as compared to percentage release of funds allocated at All India level.

The allocation of funds under NRDWP support components to Tamil Nadu was Rs. 771 lakh as on 10.03.2016. The release of funds under NRDWP support components to Tamil Nadu was Rs. 771 lakh as on 10.03.2016. It was 100% of allocation of funds under NRDWP support components. The percentage release of funds under NRDWP support components allocated to Tamil Nadu was higher by 17.84 percentage points as compared to percentage release of funds allocated at All India level.

Allocation of funds under NRDWP support components to Telangana was Rs. 549.81 lakh as on 10.03.2016. The release of funds under NRDWP support components to Telangana was Rs. 273.68 lakh as on 10.03.2016. It was 49.78% of allocation of funds under NRDWP support components. The percentage release of funds under NRDWP support components allocated to Telangana was lower by -32.38 percentage points as compared to percentage release of funds allocated at All India level.
