Direct and Indirect Jobs Created in Telecom Sector in India during 2018-19 & 2019-20

During 2018-19, total 40,445 jobs were created in telecom sector in India, out of which 15,954 (39.4%) were direct jobs and 24,491 (60.6%) were indirect jobs. The number of jobs created in telecom sector in India was 35,914 during 2019-20. Out of these 35,914 jobs created in 2019-20; 12,470 (34.7%) and 23,444 (65.3%) jobs were created directly and indirectly respectively in telecom sector.
