Deposits and Loans of Central Co-operative Banks in Various States in 2013-14

The top 10 states in terms of the total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in the state were: Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal and Rajasthan in 2013-14.

The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Maharashtra was Rs. 579081 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 342203 million (59.09% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Kerala was Rs. 323424 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 221468 million (68.48% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Tamil Nadu was Rs. 225890 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 311823 million (138.04% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Gujarat was Rs. 183320 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 141962 million (77.44% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Karnataka was Rs. 130364 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 127101 million (97.5% of deposits).

The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Uttar Pradesh was Rs. 122572 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 105346 million (85.95% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Madhya Pradesh was Rs. 110502 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 159984 million (144.78% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Punjab was Rs. 107596 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 154444 million (143.54% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in West Bengal was Rs. 94522 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 35456 million (37.51% of deposits). The total amount of deposits of all the central co-operative banks in Rajasthan was Rs. 91871 million. Their loans were worth Rs. 157606 million (171.55% of deposits).
