Copper Concentrate Production from 2000-01 to 2015-16

Production of Copper Concentrate shows no clear trend from 2000-01 to 2015-16. Production of Copper Concentrate was 164 thousand tonne during 2000-01 and 2001-02. Its value was Rs. 3243259 and Rs. 2789293 thousand during 2000-01 and 2001-02 respectively. We have seen an annual decline of -7.32% in Copper Concentrate production to 152 thousand tonne during 2002-03 over 2001-02. Its value was Rs. 2184409 thousand during 2002-03.

We have observed an annual decline of -42.86% from 217 thousand tonne during 2007-08 to 124 thousand tonne during 2008-09. Its value was Rs. 5009648 and Rs. 4091113 thousand during 2007-08 and 2008-09 respectively. We have observed an annual decline of -22.3% from 139 thousand tonne during 2013-14 to 108 thousand tonne during 2014-15. Its value was Rs. 6798103 and Rs. 5289409 thousand during 2013-14 and 2014-15 respectively. We have seen an annual growth of 32.41% in Copper Concentrate production to 143 thousand tonne during 2015-16 over 2014-15. Its value was Rs. 6259863 thousand during 2015-16.

A maximum annual production of 217 thousand tonne was seen in Copper Concentrate production in the year 2007-08 during the period under consideration. A minimum annual production of 108 thousand tonne was seen in Copper Concentrate production in the year 2014-15 during the period under consideration.
