Consumption of Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Transport Sector from 2011-12 to 2017-18

Consumption of LPG in transport sector was 223.68 thousand tonnes in 2011-12. It has shrunk by -3.98% to 214.78 thousand tonnes during 2012-13 over 2011-12. We have observed annual decline of -2.19% in consumption of LPG in transport sector during 2016-17 from 171.83 thousand tonnes during 2015-16. Consumption of LPG in transport sector was 184.93 thousand tonnes during 2017-18, up by 10.03% against 168.07 thousand tonnes during 2016-17.

Maximum value of 223.68 thousand tonnes has been found in 2011-12 and minimum value of 164.59 thousand tonnes has been seen in 2014-15 in consumption of LPG in transport sector during the period under consideration.
