Consumption of Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Agriculture Sector from 2011-12 to 2017-18

We have observed compound annual growth rate of 7.78% in consumption of LPG in agriculture sector during 2011-12 to 2017-18.

Consumption of LPG in agriculture sector was 4.76 thousand tonnes in 2011-12. It has shrunk by -21.64% to 3.73 thousand tonnes during 2012-13 over 2011-12. Annual growth of 8.7% has been seen in consumption of LPG in agriculture sector during 2016-17 from 7.13 thousand tonnes during 2015-16. Consumption of LPG in agriculture sector was 7.46 thousand tonnes during 2017-18, down by -3.74% against 7.75 thousand tonnes during 2016-17.

Maximum annual growth rate of 54.18% has been found in 2014-15 in consumption of LPG in agriculture sector during the period under consideration.
