Company/Coal Block-wise Coal Produced in India during 2017-18 and 2018-19

The top 5 Companies/Coal Blocks in terms of Coal Production during 2017-18 were (1) JPVL / Amelia (North), (2) CESC / Sarisatolli, (3) HIL/Kathautia, (4) HIL-Gare Palma IV/4 and (5) HIL-Gare Palma IV/5. Production of Coal was 2.8 million tonnes by JPVL / Amelia (North) during 2017-18, out of which 2.8 million tonnes had been dispatched during that period. Coal Production was 1.83 million tonnes by CESC / Sarisatolli during 2017-18, out of which 1.77 million tonnes had been dispatched during that period. Production of Coal was 0.93 million tonnes by HIL/Kathautia during 2017-18, out of which 0.59 million tonnes had been dispatched during that period.

During 2017-18, Coal Production was 0.9 million tonnes and 0.68 million tonnes by HIL-Gare Palma IV/4 and HIL-Gare Palma IV/5 respectively. The dispatch of Coal was 0.91 million tonnes by HIL-Gare Palma IV/4 and 0.75 million tonnes by HIL-Gare Palma IV/5 during 2017-18.

The top 5 Companies/Coal Blocks in terms of Production of Coal during 2018-19 (up to July-2018) were (1) JPVL / Amelia (North), (2) CESC / Sarisatolli, (3) HIL-Gare Palma IV/4, (4) HIL-Gare Palma IV/5 and (5) TUML / Marki Mangli-I. Coal Production was 1.47 million tonnes by JPVL / Amelia (North) during 2018-19 (up to July-2018), out of which 1.56 million tonnes had been dispatched during that period. Production of Coal was 0.75 million tonnes by CESC / Sarisatolli during 2018-19 (up to July-2018), out of which 0.6 million tonnes had been dispatched during that period. Coal Production was 0.39 million tonnes by HIL-Gare Palma IV/4 during 2018-19 (up to July-2018), out of which 0.29 million tonnes had been dispatched during that period.

During 2018-19 (up to July-2018), Production of Coal was 0.11 million tonnes by HIL-Gare Palma IV/5 and TUML / Marki Mangli-I each. The dispatch of Coal was 0.11 million tonnes and 0.1 million tonnes by HIL-Gare Palma IV/5 and TUML / Marki Mangli-I respectively during 2018-19 (up to July-2018).
