Average Monthly Wholesale Price of Bazra (Kharif Crop) from October 2017 to November 2018

The prices of agricultural product including pulses and oilseeds are determined by supply and demand conditions in the market on a day-to-day basis. Apart from demand and supply conditions, availability of stocks and international prices are also affecting prices of agricultural product.

The average monthly wholesale price of Bazra was Rs. 1,507 per quintal in October, 2017. It has decreased by -2.1% to Rs. 1,476 per quintal during December, 2017 over October, 2017. But the average monthly wholesale price of Bazra was Rs. 1,811 per quintal during November, 2018, up by 3.8% against Rs. 1,744 per quintal during October, 2018.

Maximum monthly average wholesale price of Bazra of Rs. 1,811 per quintal has been observed in November, 2018 during the period under consideration. Minimum monthly average wholesale price of Bazra of Rs. 1,444 per quintal has been found in March, 2018 during the period under consideration.
