The Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) is a flagship housing scheme launched by the Government of India by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 20th November 2016 Objective is to provide pucca houses, with basic amenities, to all houseless households and those living in Kutcha and dilapidated houses in rural areas by 2024. The target for construction of 2.95 crore. The scheme aims to provide affordable and quality housing to rural households in India.

These benefits or services could include government housing, welfare schemes, land allocation, or other resources provided by the local government.
