All-India Energy Generation through Conventional Energy sources from 2014-15 to 2017-18

Energy Generation through Conventional Energy sources was 1048672.96 megawatt during 2014-15. It has increased by 5.64% to 1107822.28 megawatt in 2015-16 over 2014-15. In value term the increase was 59149.32 megawatt in 2015-16 over 2014-15. Annual growth of 4.72% has been seen in Energy Generation through Conventional Energy sources during 2016-17 over 2015-16.

We have observed annual growth of 3.98% in Energy Generation through Conventional Energy sources to 1206306.25 megawatt during 2017-18 against 1160140.94 megawatt during 2016-17. In value term the increase was 46165.31 megawatt in 2017-18 over 2016-17. Energy Generation through Conventional Energy sources was 316900.65 megawatt during 2018-19 (till June 2018).

Maximum annual growth rate of 5.64% has been seen in 2015-16 in Energy Generation through Conventional Energy sources during the period under consideration.
