Import/Export Value of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products from 2010-11 to 2016-17

The value of Imported Crude Oil and Petroleum Products was Rs. 511274.615 crore in India during 2010-11. It has increased by 44.8% to Rs. 740310.965 crore during 2011-12 over 2010-11. An Annual decline of -36.76% has been observed in value of Imported Crude Oil and Petroleum Products during 2015-16 over 2014-15 from Rs. 762060.311 crore. We have seen a growth of 12.25% in value of Imported Crude Oil and Petroleum Products to Rs. 540978.786 crore during 2016-17 versus Rs. 481939.869 crore during 2015-16.

Maximum value of Rs. 940770.964 crore was recorded in 2013-14 in Import of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products during the period under consideration.

The value of Exported Crude Oil and Petroleum Products was Rs. 196860.7 crore in India during 2010-11. It has increased by 44.59% to Rs. 284644.23 crore during 2011-12 over 2010-11. An Annual decline of -38.74% has been observed in value of Exported Crude Oil and Petroleum Products during 2015-16 over 2014-15 from Rs. 288579.796 crore. We have seen a growth of 10.25% in value of Exported Crude Oil and Petroleum Products to Rs. 194892.642 crore during 2016-17 versus Rs. 176779.581 crore during 2015-16.

Maximum value of Rs. 368279.067 crore was recorded in 2013-14 in Export of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products during the period under consideration.
