Availability of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products in India during 2010-11 to 2016-17

Availability of Crude Oil was 201278.68 thousand metric tonnes during 2010-11. It has increased by 4.24% to 209818.834 thousand metric tonnes during 2011-12 over 2010-11. Annual growth rate of 5.68% has been observed in Availability of Crude Oil during 2015-16 over 2014-15 from 226895.854 thousand metric tonnes. Availability of Crude Oil has increased by 4.23% to 249940.859 thousand metric tonnes during 2016-17 versus 239792.243 thousand metric tonnes during 2015-16.

Availability of Petroleum Products was 153122.887 thousand metric tonnes during 2010-11. It has increased by 3.32% to 158213.941 thousand metric tonnes during 2011-12 over 2010-11. Annual growth rate of 12.51% has been observed in Availability of Petroleum Products during 2015-16 over 2014-15 from 178504.837 thousand metric tonnes. Availability of Petroleum Products has increased by 6.28% to 213450.822 thousand metric tonnes during 2016-17 versus 200840.481 thousand metric tonnes during 2015-16.

Maximum annual growth rate of 6.12% has been seen in 2012-13 in Availability of Crude Oil during the period under consideration. Maximum annual growth rate of 12.51% has been seen in 2015-16 in Availability of Petroleum Products during the period under consideration.
