Production of Lime-Stone in India from 2000-01 to 2015-16

We have observed compound annual growth rate of 5.97% in production of Lime-Stone in India during 2000-01 to 2015-16. Lime-Stone production in India was 127338 thousand tonne during 2000-01. We have observed an annual growth of 2.81% in production of Lime-Stone in India to 130912 thousand tonne during 2001-02. Its value was Rs. 13474522 thousand and Rs. 13848395 thousand during 2000-01 and 2001-02 respectively.

An annual growth of 4.42% has been observed during 2014-15 over 2013-14 from 280863 thousand tonne in Lime-Stone production in India. Its value was Rs. 51332006 thousand during 2013-14. We have seen an annual growth of 3.59% in production of Lime-Stone in India from 293273 thousand tonne during 2014-15 to 303815 thousand tonne during 2015-16. In value term, it was Rs. 58000375 thousand and Rs. 60529552 thousand during 2014-15 and 2015-16 respectively.

A maximum annual growth of 18.97% was observed in production of Lime-Stone in India in 2002-03 during the period under consideration.
