Lead Concentrate Production in India from 2000-01 to 2015-16

India has witnessed an increasing trend in Lead Concentrate production from 2000-01 to 2015-16. We have observed a compound annual growth rate of 11.03% in production of Lead Concentrate from 54487 tonne during 2000-01 to 261858 tonne during 2015-16. Annual decline of -3.86% was seen in production of Lead Concentrate to 52386 tonne during 2001-02 over 2000-01. The value of produced Lead Concentrate was Rs. 797994 and Rs. 649855 thousand during 2000-01 and 2001-02 respectively.

Production of Lead Concentrate was 125755 tonne in 2007-08. An annual growth of 17.16% was seen in production of Lead Concentrate during 2007-08 over the preceding year 2006-07. Its value was Rs. 1443876 thousand during 2007-08. Production of Lead Concentrate was 133768 tonne in 2008-09. An annual growth of 6.37% was seen in production of Lead Concentrate during 2008-09 over 2007-08. Its value was Rs. 1362744 thousand during 2008-09.

An annual growth of 1.67% was seen in production of Lead Concentrate during 2014-15 over 2013-14 from 194426 tonne. Its value was Rs. 4372536 thousand during 2013-14. We have observed an annual growth of 32.47% in production of Lead Concentrate from 197668 tonne during 2014-15 to 261858 tonne during 2015-16. The value of produced Lead Concentrate was Rs. 5640013 and Rs. 7885168 thousand during 2014-15 and 2015-16 respectively.

A maximum annual growth of 32.47% was observed in production of Lead Concentrate in the year 2015-16 during the period under consideration.
