Production of Mobile Handsets in India from 2000-01 to 2015-16

We have observed a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18.02% in Production of Mobile Handsets in India during 2000-01 to 2015-16. Production of Mobile Handsets in India during 2000-01 and 2001-02 was Rs. 4500 crore. Annual growth of 6.67% was observed during 2002-03 to Rs. 4800 crore over 2001-02.

We have observed annual decline of -29.08% in Production of Mobile Handsets in India from Rs. 26650 crore during 2013-14 to Rs. 18900 crore during 2014-15. Annual growth of 185.71% was observed during 2015-16 to Rs. 54000 crore over the previous year 2014-15.

Maximum annual growth of 185.71% was observed in 2015-16 in terms of Production of Mobile Handsets in India during the period under consideration. Maximum value of Rs. 54000 crore was recorded in 2015-16 in terms of Production of Mobile Handsets in India during the period under consideration.
