Cases Registered under Gambling Act during 2014

The number of cases registered under Gambling Act 1867 in India was 125494 during the year 2014. The top 10 states in terms of the number of cases registered under Gambling Act were: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala during the year 2014.

The number of cases registered under Gambling Act in Madhya Pradesh was 22050 during the year 2014. It accounted for 17.57% of the number of cases registered under Gambling Act in India during the year 2014. The number of cases registered under Gambling Act in Maharashtra was 16637 during the year 2014. It accounted for 13.26% of the number of cases registered under Gambling Act in India during the year 2014. The number of cases registered under Gambling Act in Rajasthan was 16237 during the year 2014.
