Percentage of Schools having Computer

Increasing trend has been seen in India in Schools having computer (18.7% in 2010-11 and 22.09% in 2012-13). Puducherry has highest percentage of Schools having computer 97.74% in 2012-13 in comparison to other states.Bihar has lowest percentage of Schools having computer 1.21% in 2010-11 and 1.72 % in 2012-13 in comparison to other states.Thirteen States viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Odisha, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal are below the National estimate 22.09% in 2012-13.
