Increasing trend has been seen in India in Percentage of SC Girls Enrolment in Upper Primary Classes 48.5% in 2010-11 and 48.95% in 2012-13. Lakshadweep has highest Percentage of SC Girls Enrolment in Upper Primary Classes 70.0% in 2012-13 comparison to other states. A & N Islands has lowest Percentage of SC Girls Enrolment in Upper Primary Classes 0.00% in 2012-13 in comparison to other states followed by 38.1% in 2010-11. Twenty States/UTs viz. A & N Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tripura and West Bengal are below the National estimate 48.95% in 2012-13.
