Assets of IFCI Limited from 2001 to 2015

The amount of Cash in hand and balance with banks of IFCI Limited in 2001 was Rs. 6611 million. The amount of Loans and advances in 2001 was Rs. 161578 million. The amount of other assets in 2001 was Rs. 59599 million. Loans and advances formed 70.93% of the total assets of IFCI Limited in 2001.

The amount of Cash in hand and balance with banks of IFCI Limited in 2005 was Rs. 1996 million. The amount of Loans and advances in 2005 was Rs. 80997 million. The amount of other assets in 2005 was Rs. 94362 million. Loans and advances formed 45.67% of the total assets of IFCI Limited in 2005.

The amount of Cash in hand and balance with banks of IFCI Limited in 2010 was Rs. 385 million. The amount of Loans and advances in 2010 was Rs. 101718 million. The amount of other assets in 2010 was Rs. 97360 million. Loans and advances formed 51.00% of the total assets of IFCI Limited in 2010.

The amount of Cash in hand and balance with banks of IFCI Limited in 2015 was Rs. 6927 million. The amount of Loans and advances in 2015 was Rs. 215378 million. The amount of other assets in 2015 was Rs. 130792 million. Loans and advances formed 61.00% of the total assets of IFCI Limited in 2015.

Thus, Loans and advances, as a percentage of the total assets of IFCI Limited, have declined over the years, particularly during the period from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, Loans and advances, as a percentage of the total assets of IFCI Limited, were at its lowest at 35.28% during the period under consideration. Later on, Loans and advances, as a percentage of the total assets of IFCI Limited, have increased specially during the years 2013 to 2015.
