State/UT-wise Details of Funds Released under Green India Mission (GIM) as on 06-03-2025

The chart presents State/UT-wise data on funds released under the Green India Mission (GIM) from 2015-16 to 2024-25 (as of 6th March 2025). A total of Rs. 962.87 crore has been disbursed across various states and union territories to support afforestation and ecosystem restoration efforts under GIM. The top 10 recipients of funds during this period are Uttarakhand (167.59), Mizoram (160.21), Madhya Pradesh (123.26), Odisha (88.37), Chhattisgarh (72.84), Manipur (62.66), Haryana (47.73), Sikkim (42.73), Jammu and Kashmir (36.72), Arunachal Pradesh (34.71).
