The graph shows the year-wise number of claims settled by empanelled insurance companies under Pravasi Bhartiya Bima Yojana (PBBY) including claims in respect of unorganized construction workers from 2019-20 to 2023-24 (Till 31 December 2024). The total number of claims by empanelled insurance companies was 171 under PBBY including Claims in Unorganized Construction Workers. The highest number of claims settled by empanelled insurance companies was 54 under PBBY including claims in unorganized construction Workers in 2021-22. The lowest number of claims settled by empanelled insurance companies was 16 PBBY including claims in respect of unorganized construction workers in 2023-24.
