The total number of 1,622 schools were approved for Vocational Education Courses under Samagra Shiksha during 2021-22. The top 10 States/UTs in terms of approved school for Vocational Education Courses were Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Kerala, Punjab, and Jharkhand.
