State/UT-wise Funds Released by the Central Government for Construction of Roads in Rural Regions from 2017-18 to 2020-21

Total Rs 12,224.2 crore funds were released by the Central Government for the construction of roads in rural regions during 2020-21 (as on 28/02/2021).

The top 10 states in terms of funds released by the Central Government were Assam, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Odisha, Himachal Pradesh, and Manipur,
