Production of Alkali Chemicals from 2013-14 to 2020-21

There were various products namely Soda Ash, Caustic Soda and Liquid Chlorine were produced under Alkali Chemicals Group of Major Chemicals during 2013-14 to 2020-21.

Total production of Alkali Chemicals was 7776.46 thousand metric tonnes during 2020-21. The highest production of Caustic Soda was 2964.08 thousand metric tonnes during 2020-21. The lowest production of Liquid Chlorine was 2174.26 thousand metric tonnes during 2020-21.

Note: Figures in 000 MT. Production data in respect of Chemicals is based on MPRs received from manufacturers under large and medium scale units monitored by S&M Division of DCPC.
