Fund Released for Solar Rooftops Grid Connection under National Solar Mission during 2019-20

The total fund of Rs. 290.58 crore was released in India for solar rooftops grid connection under national solar mission during 2019-20, out of which Rs. 183.51 crore was released to States/UTs and Rs. 107.07 crore was released to individual entities.

During 2019-20, there was release of Rs. 2.06, 17.32, 2.67, 0.6, 77.52, 13.06, 6.68, 2.3, 0.7857, 5.5, 20.233, 7.67, 13.38, 5.13, 4.15, 3.47 and 1.01 crore for Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Puduchchery, Punjab, Telangana, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Manipur, Meghalaya and Bihar respectively for solar rooftops grid connection under national solar mission. The amount released for expert PSU/Govt. departments was Rs. 21.304 crore and for SECI was Rs. 85.76 crore for solar rooftops grid connection under national solar mission during 2019-20.
