The cargo handled at Jawahar Lal Nehru Port (JNPT) for Petroleum Oil Lubricant (POL) & POL products was 139 thousand tonnes in 1995-96. It has surged by 81.3% to 252 thousand tonnes during 1996-97 over 1995-96. We have seen annual de-growth of -0.3% in cargo handled at JNPT for POL & POL products during 2018-19 from 4,013 thousand tonnes during 2017-18. The cargo handled at JNPT for POL & POL products was 3,018 thousand tonnes during 2019-20, down by -24.5% against 3,999 thousand tonnes during 2018-19.
